Irene told me about this “sudden death” in Uganda and how a bunch of people just die all of the sudden for different random reasons. I believed her, but I didn’t think I would witness it in my one month being here. But already after a week of being here, 2 people she knows have died for different reasons. I’m going to one guy’s funeral tomorrow. It’s going to be sad. It’s so crazy how someone I just met dies a few days later. Pray for the people in Kitgum.
