Talked to two doctors who have been performing surgeries all over Uganda.

First of all, they’re really more like nurses, but in rural Africa that’s more than enough qualification to perform a doctor’s level work on patients. Anyways, I found out that one part of Uganda performs female mutilations. I don’t really want to go into detail about what all they do, so google it lol, but anyways because of those mutilations it complicates the birithing process of a woman. Long story short, after 4 days of Labor and still no success of the baby coming out, they have to do C-Sections with absolutely NO PAIN MEDICINE whatsoever! I about died when they told me that. Think of someone cutting your stomach open with a knife and having no pain medicine!
